Blind Lie Poem by Zakhele Anigon

Blind Lie

Blind is the guardian
Blind is the maid
Blind are the horses
That carry my name

Lied the narrator
Lied and the child
Lie did the missus
And the lie wasn't mild

Eyes that see in the sun
Are blind in the night
Eyes that like the dark
See clearly in moonlight

Do you see? Do you see?
Do you see the shape?
Do you see? Do you see?
Do you see what's fake?

Hectic
Septic
Narcoleptic
Never skeptic
