Blessed Poem by ANDREW BLAKEMORE

Blessed

Rating: 5.0

I'm blessed to see the mountains
And the rivers flowing by
And to see the skies of deepest blue,
The colours of the flowers
All the bees and butterflies
But most of all I'm blessed to be with you.

I'm blessed to see the forests
And the trees that grow so tall
With canopies that seem to have no end,
The heather on the hillsides
And the calm and peaceful lakes
But most of all I'm blessed to be your friend.

I'm blessed to see the oceans
And to sail upon the waves
And to see them crashing on the sand,
To see the birds so graceful
As they soar into the air
But most of all I'm blessed to hold your hand.

I'm blessed to see the sunsets
When the skies are all aglow
And to see the embers far above,
The sweetness of the moonlight
And the stars that always shine
But most of all I'm blessed to be in love.
