Blanca Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Blanca

Rating: 3.0

Blanked out and whited out,
Rainbow's colors bounced out.
Chalk white and snowman white.
Lack of colors is blanca.

As I looked around this world,
And into the white lit sky,
The truths of this Earth did lie,
In the vast expanses of blue and white.

Against the upward path of an aggressive kite,
That charged through the megacloud's light.
The north poles blanca, the south pole's too.
The whitest white is the brightest bright.

As I write,
On my computer screen's white,
It's all blanca.
