Birth Announcements? ! Poem by Dorothy Kardas, Psy.D. Th.D.

Birth Announcements? !

(Dedictaed to Unborn Sufferers and Victims)

Who stopped my pulsation
In first days of life exaltation?
Who ended His Blessed Plan?
Intruded with bloody hand
In the realm beyond man?

What savage craze dared to defy His Plan?
What gory hand put an end to a tiny man?
Intruding with bloody plan
On a powerless... vulnerable man?
What savage craze dared to defy His Holy Plan?

Who dares to slaughter His costly creation?
Tear into pieces! ... burn! ...
Do the grisly, damnable mutilation? !
Who would do this to an innocent, tiny man?
Defying His Hallowed Plan?

Barbarism!
Beneath man!

Who stopped my pulsation?
As savage beast terminated
My maturation, and exaltation?
Who ended His Blessed Plan?
Intruded with bloody hand
In the realm beyond man?

Barbarism!
Beneath man!

Satanic barbarism!
Unspeakably lower
Than any living thing!
Beneath! Underneath!
Way behind man!

Unrepentant killers!
Bearing the weight of the slaughter
Dare not! call yourselves 'men'!
But a savage, untamable beast!
Unrepentant slaughterers!
And, all bearing the weight of the slaughter!
At the End...
You will be called
Among creatures 'the least'!

An extraordinarily potent pen Dr. Kardas! Although, there are not strong enough words in any language to appropriately describe this atrocity and horror of the unborn children. The title is sad but very cleverly used. Every stanza evokes a gamut of strong emotions leading the reader to the most powerful punch of truth. Thank you for the reminder and warning: Christ died for all including the unborn children. Excellent work! Phil & Eve

AMEN! What an eyeopening, soul stirring, emotionally charging piece of master work! My hands are shaking writing this note to you Dr. Kardas, but I must as you, stand up for the unborn victims in our world. Readers: ponder....do people stop for even a second to put themselves into the shoes of the tiny defenseless, helpless babies who are struggling in the womb with all their might to survive...to get a chance to live long enough to fulfill their God given missions? Hardly anyone thinks of the poor innocent baby being torn apart into pieces, in agony and horrific pain, then disposed of in the trash bin like useless refuse. I'm sure you'll agree, that 'barbarism' is too mild of a word for such an overwhelming holocaust. Thank you so much for so boldly and vividly describing the plight of the aborted child...especially the WARNING! Yes, Christ's Sacred Blood enters into human parenthood...and as human beings we need NOT to forget this, but respect His Gift. The Surrette Family is in deep gratitude to you for being the voice for the unborn in such a bold and courageous manner. God bless you.

Your poetry honoring all the unborn children is so deeply touching, primarily because it makes my blood boil to think of what happens during an abortion. It is indeed criminal and a deadly sin to murder innocent babies. Medical professionals need to honour their oath to save lives, not destroy lives. Very powerful words, again can't stress how much impact it has on the reader. Wishing the world to take note. Personally, I saved many lives in my career, but I still mourn the loss of the lives I could not save. But, that was God's will and I must also obey His Perfect Plan. May God bless your works, all of them. From an ole Doc - dedicated to pleasing Our Lord.

Solemn, scrupulous analysis of the pernicious evil of abortion. My sincere thanks for your unfeigned conscientious efforts to defend the defenseless. All your posts are exceptionally well penned, with wisdom and dauntless darts to the heart. God bless...

Dear Dr. Kardas, There are no strong enough words to adequately rebuke this barbaric evil toward the most vulnerable, innocent and defenseless unborn children. Thank you for this enormously powerful poem, those powerful thoughts and your unbending and admirable purposeful FIGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHT! Love, Laura & family.
