Thinking back on all I’ve seen,
On all the pain and joy that’s been,
Everything that has brought me here,
Through all the times of hope and fear,

Thinking of all that I’ve known,
The good and bad that I’ve been shown,
All that has taught me wrong from right,
Through darkest day and darker night,

Thinking back on all I’ve done,
On all the journeys I’ve begun,
Everything that has shaped my mind,
Through all that has been left behind,

Thinking of my life thus far,
Each battle that has left a scar,
This future I could never see,
Through shadows of what could not be,

Thinking on to times ahead,
Of all that I no longer dread,
The life that I have come to know,
This love I hope will ever grow.
