Before Marriage Poem by Randy McClave

Before Marriage

Rating: 5.0

Before she put on that wedding dress
Before my love she did possess,
And before she walked down the wedding isle
With her dreams and hopes, and her smile.
Before she gave me a tender kiss
Before she gave me hope and total bliss
And before she held tightly onto my hand
While swearing she'll always help me stand.
Before she put on her engagement ring
Before joy and happiness to me she would bring
And before I said to her, "may God bless"
She first said, "Yes".
