Beauty And The Beast Poem by Rutvi Padhy

Beauty And The Beast

If I were winds, you were storms,
if I were bliss, you were remorse,
if I were skies, you were wells,
if I were mirth, you were yells....

If I were dawn, you were night,
If I were truth, you were lies,
If I were stars, you were clouds,
If I were dreams, you were bounds...

If I were the bird who wished to fly,
You were the archer who'd cut my wings,
If I were the angel who'd given you love,
You were the devil who'd given me pain...

If I were the light of your life,
You were the darkness in my world,
And if I were beauty to your soul,
Then, you were a beast to my heart...
