Beast Of The Ocean

BEAST IN THE OCEAN by Henry Ochiagha
There's a monster in every sea
More brutal than shark
Less attractive like a worm
Very technical like a cat
As beautiful as a sea lion
Changes appearance like a chameleon to suit it purpose
The mirror of the heathen
Seeking to be worshiped but fail to worship
Looking powerful but yet powerless
Spreading it's tentacles across the globe
Depriving ignorant people of their inheritance
Beast of the ocean of misery
A spirit walking in beauty but clothed with shame
Deceiving millions and possessing billions
Although some were possess unknowingly
However, ignorant is never an excuse
May be do to the covenant in their ancestral or parental background
Some go for treasure were there's no pleasure
Others go for fame were there's no power
But in the cycle of life
They get less than what they bargain for
At the end they lose everything
Being unstable in the air like a butterfly
When i took a look at the monster
I saw disgrace, dishonour and desperation
Always being economical with the truth
Spreading the mark of the beast unwholesomely
Which is tantamount to hypocrisy
When the end comes
we'll realize our mistakes if time permits
