Bearer Of Light Poem by Julian Salvacion

Bearer Of Light

Rating: 4.6

Farewell! Tang my tears enslaved by thee
Tied swirl in maze aghast
Claimed eyes of blinded men
Hidden neath’ thou bitter breast
Doused memoir frayed and trodden
Footprints sluiced by fouled hands
Heed the mourning of the ocean child
Arise thou children of the sepulcher.
I am who I am I bring freedom of men
Shackles clinched in tombstone breath
Penned by the wise as decreed by fools
A churn passages of waters and oils.

“Cease it! For I shall deliver them the fruits of the trees
The keys to their chains choking their souls
Speeches to their tongues!

Oh! How thou loved them by their graves
Thou legions watered the soil of my land
By the bloods of mortals in millions
My brethren! How He protected thee by scribbles in mute!
Follow me now as I will be freed and thou shall soon be.”

Now reckon the days as they fall for me
Unbolt the walls which divided the truth
Be fearful if thou words are wile
And so it was inscribed!
Bequest me the wicket of the earth! Unbound me now!

My children! I am here I deceive not for I am the bearer of light!

'CHILDREN OF THE LOST' what they used to call.......but despite of all desperados to save the innocent children, new breeds keep coming on to mar the beauty of Earth. Great piece Julian!

We must bear the light for the kids - AIDS, DRUGS, KIDDIE PORN, CRIME, etc.
