Beach Poem by Katniss Everdeen

Beach

Crystal clear waves
Consume soft, moonlit sand
\as it awakens my smell, taste and sight

You're sitting real close,
Holding me near
In the darkness of the night

I watch the blue waves
Come rolling in
Staring at the deep midnight sea

You kiss me once
Then twice, then more
There is no place I'd rather be

The moon shines bright,
It's a shocking contrast
From the light sun that burns just like fire

As your fingertips trace
The skin on my wrist
You awaken my desire

The moonlight glows
Off the waves in the sea
Making an impossible hue

There is not one place
I would rather be
Than right here, right now, with you

Lovely poem, sets the scene really well, I felt like I was watching rather than reading this poem!
