As days progress and your hearts put to the test
You realize how much things really mean to you
As hours fade and months go by
You realize how valuable time really is
Never waist a moment on untamed energy
Progress your emotions and let your burdens fade with the winds
Look past the imperfections to see how wonderful life can be
Open your eyes to the signs placed before you
Or drown in the blindness that is blocking your fait
Embrace the feelings of love and never run away
What good is love if you don’t risk everything for it?
Never hold your self back if your feelings are so strong
It’s fine to fear lose but never fear love
So take my hand and promise me this
You’ll never turn your back to me to let me rot
You’ll explore your own emotion and place them before me
Express everything you feel is necessary for anyone to see
But never again will you betray me
I had everything locked with in your eyes
Every broken piece had healed with your hand
But you tore the healed wounds down and broke me down again
So sorrow was placed upon my heart and day after day I missed you
So now you return saying that you had feared your love for me
Don’t fear it let it take over you and embrace it
Only time can tell what’s meant to be
But don’t let fear get the best of you and me
So fade with time and place your hand upon mine
Give me that smile that makes my heart flutter again
And whisper your confessions into my ear
Hold me close and tell me you care for me
Because my hearts an open door waiting to be walked in
And my arms are opened to bring you back to life
Will you accept my touch and let me heal you now
Let the tables turn and I’ll bring your heart back together
Will you give me the chance to fit back together the broken pieces
Because with one good deed deserves one in return
And your love did not go on without recognition
So spread opened your winds and shut your fears
