Bangkulong ay isang uri ng patibong
Na ang nasa't pakay ay lakad na ibon
sa loob ng gubat ito'y iniuumang
Puwede sa matambo't talahibang lugar
Ito ay yari sa yantok na nilala
O lapat ng kawayan na sinala-sala
Hugis ay tihaba, kwadrado o bilog
O ano mang hugis na puwedeng pang saklob
Sa loob ay merong pain at pangati
At kisiw na pabagsak kapag na'y nasanggi
Ang pain ba'y ano, ito ay pagkain
Pangati naman ay ibong kauri din
Na sa ibong pakay ay tatawag-pansin
Kisiw sa Ingles ay trigger sa pagbagsak
Kapag ang pakay na ibon ay tumapak
