Bad

Everyday mistakes were made
And punishment would come
There was a lesson to be learned
The explanation? None.
So daily fear lived in her heart
And to this day she starts
They'd said it hurt them more than her
But she's still 'bad' without a cure

Poem of the Day

poet Robert William Service

Just Home and Love! the words are small
Four little letters unto each;
And yet you will not find in all
The wide and gracious range of speech
