Baby Bee Poem by Jan Simons

Baby Bee

I found a little baby bee
no bigger than my thumb
beneath an umbrella of Forget-me-nots
sleeping all alone.

Truly it was a fairy
curled up and tucked in tight
weary from a day of play
now sleeping for the night!
