Auguris Poem by Catherine Casey

Auguris

Welcome to Auguris.
Have a pheasant stay.
Should turkey suit you better,
We serve tripe on Christmas day.

Mya Engalis’ not so good.
So try our specia’ venue.
Transalated into Finish.
Here see our starter menu.

With rata served at twoi
And pepper roaming free,
Youra Justin Time or was it Bill?
Last table – number three.

The besta service awhile you wait.
Havea the café late.
Chef’s specularity –
Pasta the celery date.

Justa see the quantity, now
Feel the width of chef Emmanuelle’s.
His sparrow legato piccolo,
With muchus gravy spaniels.

A fly in dish for pilots.
Cata fish for judo man.
However wide your purse strings
Spaghetti noodles comes in cans.

With C.B radio to eat by.
Oh! Chef’s choking over stovea.
Tonight discounts for medics:
Hiya – Mick – man – over!

Thank you for the tip.
We hope you call back soon.
Please don’t take the cutlery,
We only have one spoon.
