Love is in my blood
in my sweat and tears
I love with the entirety of my soul
So intense the passion
The fire that burns in my being
My eyes reflect its complexity
as it consumes my life
emotions you invoke in me
confusion then clarity
eats away at my sanity
Gosh, I love you
So completely bare and raw
Breathless in my fantasies
My dreams haunted
asking nothing more
than to be loved back
Sometimes I am so sure
And yet, just when I think I have you
I lose you all over again
and it shakes me to my core
I hope that one day you will see
and finally find the courage
to come and look for me
