As Inspired I Sing

Rating: 3.5

As inspired
As inspired
I sing and I chant.

Plays the lyre.

And my love
Is a plus
For my love
By be near.

This love poem unites three things which the experience of Love enhances: Poetic Inspiration, Poetic Performance, and the Presence of the Beloved. Here's another song from KISMET, it has become very famous because it expresses the wonder of love and sharing of love: Why is the nightingale singing at noon on the mulberry bush? No, it's Paradise now that was only a garden a moment ago. Take my hand, I'm a Stranger in Paradise, all lost in a wonderland. If I stand starry-eyed that's the danger in Paradise for mortals who stand beside an Angel like you. I saw your face and I ascended: somewhere in space I hang suspended until I know there's a chance that you care. Open your angel's arms to the Stranger in Paradise, and tell him that he need be a stranger no more! // This song and all of your ecstatic poems are the genuine hyperbole of Love. We do ascend, ordinary places are illuminated with paradaisal light and we are more than mortal beings. Everything that's been said about Love is T-R-U-E
