Armour Plating - Poem by Jonathan ROBIN

From anticipating,
anxiously awaiting
fate through dating

From meeting-mating,
to rating, stating
fearing hating.

Tears, shivers, shaking,
regrets, head aching,
fearing forsaking
confidence flaking.

From bating
without abating
flee, no weighting
armour plating
protects heart breaking
from mistakes making.
