Archer Twins Poem by Timothy Long

Archer Twins

Let it fly, let them know, only 2 like that could put on a show, hate this divide, like son and moon, one shines while one grows dark, who's going to believe them? Obsession is a flirt to hatred it did divert, what family is that two? Silent goals of one killed the love of the other, its signify lant of color gold and silver, monsters have to be blown away, hunt members killed is a star to be born, what hurt could be worse, traveling a road more suited for two, a forest of the darkest tunes, a terror around every corner, once a tale happened before, of trickery and deceit, by one closer, a death came about, an arrow of challenge landed in a heart unaware, ages, soothed any wounds left shattered, still a distance remains, only to leave an occasional talk and annoyed greetings, certainly a weird and ominous tale, twins are close but this was a close tale of ruined love, never fully dead to one another, just closed off for now.
