I stand erect,
with pride at heart,
and lowly spirit,
to say this at a time like this,
when "sorry" is and expensive asset,
remember, I point to past,
when desires were in flames,
I saw you with my youthful eyes,
and lustful thought,
though I called it "truth"
it wasin't me but lust,
I stand to say now but the truth,
that I was swallowed by your beauty,
and desires of self,
i cannot just forget those moments we shared together,
those poetic songs we sang,
dreams of illuminated path,
beautiful life together,
and a host of such,
but with deep sincerity,
i stand to apologise,
I wasted your time,
and blinded your eyes to see the truth,
the true man for you,
but opportunity once lost can be regain,
dont take it too harsh on me,
he will still come around,
he willñ find you,
