Anxiety

Anxiety is a ball
bouncing from wall to wall within
faster!
faster!
and at times
it makes the body
shiver!
shake!
flail and fall
druds all calm it
slow the pace of the rebounding
but how can it be ceased for all?
writing helps but it also hurts
a freak amongst beautiful people
perhaps I understand.

The Wind is hiding in the trees,
