Another Chapter
sober and sane
soul-searching
for answers to
questions about
life and love
not knowing my strength
of mind
my endurance
all i know
is i am a survivor
turning over
a new leaf
turning the page
on another chapter
of my earthly life
i pray you
be there if
i should fall

I really like this one Faith (beautiful name, by the way!) I always say that I'm a 'survivor'. I think we have to be.....either a survivor or a victim, I know which one I'm choosing. Nice poem. Sincerely, Mary
