Am different

The news races
As beast, gladiator.

People watch, hear
Short, exaggerate,
Without attention.

The Britain, U. S.
Also, Soviets,
Osama Bin Laden,
Each and together,
Raise hell and scare!

I, friends, others,
Cannot be the same.

For years grew beard,
Went, crossed borders.

Saw the Taliban,
When was in Rabat,
And then Lashkargah.

Yaqoob in Zaranj
Was born warrior,
Told the Caliphate:
"Arab, go away
We are the Persians,
Never bow, give up! "

Then, in Kandahar
Saw the Shah Baba,
Man of Nader Shah,
Fight of Shah Zaman.

Then, Kabul, Takhkhar
Peoples' backgrounds.

The trees were burned
As were Poundmaker,
Wandering, Big Bear!
