Alone Poem by Isabella Rose

Alone

Alone seems to be the loudest word,
When I am sitting in a corner nobody heard,
Only then down the street I hear your cry,
My advice don't even bother now to try,
For when I was there I never saw you,
Nor do I hear an echo of your cue,
Of the comfort I longed for everyday,
While I stood just wondering at bay,
Just waiting, waiting for the time I dreaded,
To come in its most gruesome way I was reminded,
For I meant nothing to anyone what more you jackass,
So now as I breathe my last on this double bass,
Have an angel to watch over yourselves,
And I would gladly be that angel yes...
