all I've ever wanted was a person
who'd call me their own
to shelter me when i'm with them
and to miss me when i'm gone
all I've ever wanted was a person
who'd call me their love
to love me with all their heart
i think i'm only realizing it fully now
you are that person
let me be that person for you
