All Have Sinned Poem by olayinka samson aremu

All Have Sinned

He murdered and the law rest him
He steal, they arrest him
But he lied but none molest him
The law, though partial
God retains His initial
For all have sinned
The Recorder saw and grinned
We are all casualties
Be you murderer
Be you adulterer
We share equalities
Live your life
Do your things
Keep or not the strife
And expect later what it brings
All head for the same destination
Save only whom He had compassion

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I wonder why some people judge others for a wrong when we all have skeletons in our cupboard. A sinner is sinner, whether you lies or steals, we all broke God's law! So live your life and judge none
