Alibi Poem by Abhinav Baruah

Alibi

Rating: 5.0

I found a shelter
Near the trench
The trench of oblivion
I wore a mask
And gazed for light
During dawn and dusk

I found respite
Looking my graph, despite
Of losing my stride

I consoled my dissonance
With profound resonance
Of surroundings and existence

the true alibi...of finding solace and comfort and not masking it with vims and fancies...a profound message in these lines.

Respite is a rich, refreshing river that rewards those who search and find it. Well done my friend.

safety and ease comes under the truth without the shadowy alibi in your life.
