After The Day's Work Is Done



tired and disappointed
another day's work is unfinished

i look up the sky
seeing dark clouds

i look towards the sea
fading
the sun a glowing disc
falling into the dark line
of the horizon

unfinished business again,
ah, i still have enough reason to live
for another day

sisyphus! sisyphus!
how true can you be
in me...
