After All Poem by Paul Reed

After All

Rating: 4.5

I look over a wall
At horses in this cloudy-sky spot
At my sides my arms uncertainly fall
I don't know whether to like horses or not;

They wear coats just like us
And seem happy enough in their field
They don't make much of a fuss
All their cares seem to have healed;

Maybe there is something I can learn
As I look at them over this wall
Yes, for all the things I yearn
Perhaps I'll love them after all.

Nature and other animals Are happy in own fields But the (greed) human mind always feels unhappy....! ! !
