When you came to my life,
You were just another mortal…
We talked, we shared, we disparate,
We walked, we learned, we disseminate,
We smiled, we respected, we appreciated…
Time went by and we treasured every memoir
Cherishing being together, being a part of my existence..
My convention, my trance, my pride…
A human bond undefined..unstated…
Without prudence and with delusion in the revelation
The cessation, the impasse engulfed and you departed,
Departed with the winter zephyr….
A premeditated, anticipated stir..
The brook became standstill, devoid of thy acquaintance.
But the mirage remained tranquil on the dunes
Will hold me back till the rendezvous at the cul-de-sac…
