Beautiful illusion, delicately created
Soothing melodies, putting to sleep like a lullaby
then the chorus shifted
verses seething with vexation
Cacophony of sirens creating a commotion
Shaking dozy people from numbing relaxation
Everyone around was suddenly 10 years older
Like a time-lapse brought out a new version
That made the two of all, not alike a bit
No guilt-trip, no regrets; just amend and learn
Leave the chaos behind, step into a new fight
This is life, a never ending process of transformation
Don't let your consciousness clouded by guilt
Come and see the world with rational sight
