Even if you are mentally strong
You will loose the race among
You may stand alone and watch with disgrace
You may be cursing for loosing the race

You may have no will power to stand
You may not be able to correct your trend
Your arrogance of dealing may deliver the blow
You may be eliminated altogether from show

What prevents you from raising your head?
Why are you not in position to command and lead?
What is stumbling block that doesn’t lead you to success?
Why do you find it unreasonable to get through the access?

Possibly you lack the courage and will power
You probably have not found any answer
You are used to watch it from high rise tower
You can never look down with favor

This ultimately leads to your downfall
You are disliked and unfavoured by all
No one may look upon you with respect
You may have to prejudge and introspect

You lack the killer’s instinct
You are unable to judge and distinct
You fail to analyze and make link
You go down with ship when capsize or sink

Motivation is another force required for final push
It halts hasty action and prevents mad rush
Nothing is ventured into without careful planning
Not a moment’s hesitation if ever it has come to banning

Motivational zeal is something different from enthusiasm
Enthusiasm is mere power to initiate with individualism
This one is to inspire others to come out with flying colors
Result for self and inspiring others to reach shores

Others may be living idle life without any aim
You can’t count on them with confidence and fully claim
They will take you down along with caravan route
You may run into rage and openly shout


Dead can’t come alive
You can’t make them believe
They can’t comfort you and relieve
They stand in way and ready to deceive

How can I change their inception attitude?
Why do they remain in full cloth still called nude?
Why can’t they behave indifferently and called rude
Why do they go for excuses and search for prelude?

I may stand to loose but act as motivational force
I may have to go for it alone but with no feeling of remorse
It may not help me individually but may spring big surprise
There may be bright day with golden sunrise

I shall be down with disfavor
There may be dissent voice with murmur
I shall pay no attention
The must find good retention
