A Song Of Joy Poem by Ontomu William

A Song Of Joy

I am flying high like a drone
I am swimming deep that I can drown
My bright future has been drawn
From dusk till dawn
My God will never let me fall down

God of heaven and Earth
So many treasures to unearth
Like a plant He provides the mulch
With or without food I still munch
That with little still remains much

He fills to the brim, my life with fun
He fills me with laughter and life like a clown
When I reckon his love and his bright gown
Which He has made to be won by the chosen
And He has called the brethren like one

Time will tell if it was a dream
You who deem so in this world of doom
His love for you and me will never go dim
His love is more than the love of a mum
We can never His great love for us fathom

He delays His coming for you and me
To come to our senses and stop to blaspheme
As a thief rarely comes in the noontime
He will appear unexpectedly after this long time
To give grace and crown us with lifetime peacetime
