A Silly Poem Poem by Peter Hall

A Silly Poem

My wife was laughing as she looked
At my front teeth while she cooked
Half an olive on my gums
The other half was on my thumbs.

So I laughed and cheered out loud
Like the sun shines through the clouds
For half a carrot was on her clothes
The other half was on her nose.
