Identity Controls Behaviour Poem by Peter Hall

Identity Controls Behaviour

Rating: 0.8

Identity controls behaviour
Identity controls emotions
Identity controls how we think
Identity controls behaviour.

Identity determines behaviour
Identity determines feeling
Identity determines our mental pictures
Identity determines behaviour.

We do not rule our believing
Our believing rules us
Our believing rules how we think
We do not rule our believing.

Identity controls behaviour
Believing controls identity
Identity is borne in what we believe
Who do you believe you are?

In response to Joshua. G'day Joshua. I notice you are from Perth in Australia. Your response is classic; we are programmed by environment. I am 20 year older than you. I have a lot more life experience than you. I have also been a leader in Industry and in the charitable sector. Therefore, I have studied people; how to lead them, what makes them tick and how to motivate them. My poem comes from year of experience and study. Your response comes from your programming. (You sound like you have been influenced by the the Greens in Australia. You are their target age group) . The programming you talk about IS AIMED AT YOUR IDENTITY! . Our labels control us. How about these...your sense of Australianess, your football team, your music, your region, your beliefs....ask yourself; do these influence me? . Of course they do. Here's how; Indentity message...leads to an emotion...leads to a behaviour. It's that simple! . Good luck Joshua. I hope my poetry makes you think.. Peter

I don't know Peter. How do I know that you are really Peter? We're all programmed automatons Peter. Why do you think they call TV shows, TV programmes Peter? Programming, it's a conditioned stimuli for a conditioned response. We're slaves Peter! But, I digress. Peace.
