A Secret Place Poem by Ardimus Caldwell

A Secret Place

Alone
All to yourself
Where you can go
break out and become a betterfly
problems melt away
somewhere no else can enter
or invisible the uninvited eye
unknown to the outside world
a place stars aline
the world rotating around you
a location that is a secret
close your eye's and think
of this place that time is whatever you want
a secret place that you and I know
but not the same
our secret place
