A Restful Place Poem by Darwin Henry Beuning

A Restful Place

Rating: 5.0

My Kaysville home
Living here twenty eight years and counting
Our home nestled next to the Wasatch
Home Sweet Home

A gentle touch, a smile
A warm embrace
Reminding you, this is the place
Home Sweet Home

Seasons come, seasons go
Watching it all unfold
'God's Majesty'
Through my bay window

Home Sweet Home

A Restful Place

Sounds like a beautiful place to be.

Wow, Thanks for the dedication, Hank! Yes, Kaysville is a nice place to live, all right. The only bad thing about living on the Wasatch Front (in my opinion) is when those EAST WINDS get really bad at well over 100 m.p.h. Still, not as bad as the hurricanes is Florida and the tornados in other parts of the country.
