A Poet Knows Everything

A poet knows everything
A poet can only say everything
To everybody brothers and sisters
Stay here and there with pleasures
The poet is here on this earth
And the earth smiles with the poet
Smiles and scents of the earth
Is here with the poet
Let us congratulate the poet
He is the only son of the soil.

    A poet can see deeper and wider than others. A poet sees the beauty of nature and the uglyness and imperfection of our society. A poet sees tears hidden behind simling faces and kindness of very few people who are to be considered outsiders. A poet can see all these things and he is to exhibit both flaws and sacred secrets of people`s souls... (Report) Reply

    Very nice explanation of who the poet is and how he knows everything. The earth does smile on the poet and gives him many things to write about, especially through nature. Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn (Report) Reply

poet Christopher Marlowe

It lies not in our power to love or hate,
For will in us is overruled by fate.
When two are stripped, long ere the course begin,
We wish that one should love, the other win;
