A Pleasant World To Hate Poem by Kiptanui Rutto

A Pleasant World To Hate

The sun rise and another nation rises
The nation full of love and hatred
With many churches battling witchcraft.
The best part, the sun will set one day.

The sun rise and another champion rises
Fighting continuously without recognition
Crying silently and watching his motherland
Bleeding and perishing slowly.

The sun rise another vice rises
The wrongs outdo the right
Yet we assume everything is right
We hate the Devil but embrace evil.

We live in a nation with a lot of teachers, doctors and all learned friends
Yet poor decisions and policies are made
An elite nation wherediseases are invented for medical business
Suppose they all die, whose blame will it be?

Generations are rotten without virtues or values
The rode spared, kila mtu na maisha yake
They say lone going is fast, but fast to death
Are we creating Sodom and Gomorrah without our knowledge?

As we celebrate the birth of Jesus
May He be born in our hearts
Our families will rise to nations
And safe the world from evil.
