A Nightmare.. Poem by reina Lorenzo

You said, you love how the lovers love
The way they say, “you’re mine”
But, you aren’t sure if their words are true
Or maybe it’s just a second hand
but, For you it’s wonderful, it feels like heaven,
Perfect!

You said,
“he got good butt, clean nails”
you stare above and said
“this is the way I like it”
but,
sometimes, lovers love is a nightmare
sometimes, it hurts when they say “goodbye”
hurts to be ignored
it’s not fair.

Sometimes, lovers love is a nightmare
Just a waste of time
Hell..
