We cry about yesterday's pain and get scared of tomorrows uncertainties
But we forget today's laughter
We dwell on yesterdays losses and stress about tomorrow's cares
But we forget today's fulfillments
We get bitter about yesterday's disappointments and worry about tomorrow's expectations
But we forget today's joys and opportunities
We lament about yesterday's hunger and wonder about tomorrow's source
But we forget to appreciate today's plenty

All we need is ……..
The strength to burry yesterday's pain
The faith to lay down tomorrow's load
The light to illuminate today's gain
It will erase the past, assure the future, and bring pleasure to the present
Every day is a brand new chance to start all over again

Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is just but a dream
Today is a gift, embrace it!
