Suffocated with pain, drowning in sorrow
But I refuse to die,
Exhausted from chasing, beaten with harshness

Because you love me, you present a rose today
And turn it into a thorn tomorrow

And Slap me tomorrow
...

Just wondering how I got here,
In a place where my heart bleeds daily,
Where my soul still searches for something it thought it already had
A place where comfort turned into extreme discomfort
...

I wish I was the painting on your wall,
Whose color and ambience is a sight you behold,
Its texture, a true feel of reality
Its perfection, without a question
...

It has been the longest and toughest road I've ever had to travel
A journey that I took believing I knew my destination, only to find myself in the woods, alone
Where the two reassuring voices, urging me on, suddenly became one voice; my voice
And it became a lone, painful journey!

You stand there and watch!
Thinking you are far from it, but truth is you are
Lashing out words with ease, caring not about their destination's state
For at the bottom of the list, lies your concern
