Thick grey clouds in the morning sky,
Missing warm days of sweet butterflies,
Tulips that swayed in the bright morning sun,
Feeling contented for summer had begun.
Dreamy surroundings where bees hummed so gently,
The scent of the flowers in this garden of plenty,
Sun streaming down with a glorious glow,
Loving each flower that has splendidly grown.
Roses of red,
Violets of blue,
Those wonderful summer's remind me of you,
When the harsh winter ends,
There is spring to look to,
Crocus will thrive in the fresh morning dew.
A new season arriving with such memorable grace,
In these natural surroundings,
My fine garden place.
