A Moment With Me In You
Inspired by Suki Mitchell
I want
for the thought
of a moment
with me in you
in a time long,
long ago where in skies
above earths highest peaks
we embraced and flew
as our angels each held above us
the stars of life through love.
There you hear and see me
as I hear and see you,
in face and words
in dress and in time,
all as is of us
is brought forth
in our minds by rhyme and not
reason; and you I tamed
that very first time.
Now feed to me
in my hunger
the ample sweetness
that flows so hot and wet
from your giving soul
and wrap around me your
glowing smile and allow me
to ease the pain of your capture
by this boring lifetime so.
For it is here
in this moment
within your life and mine
that again we meet and you thrust
deeply upon me holding my awe within
the soft petals of your whole
being bringing back to us
the memories of our first
thirsts quenched.
From now until forevermore
feel each moment as I,
with me held deeply within
your essence and you fly
through open star filled skies
and entwine our souls
in an eternal embrace,
one with which to last
the awe of time.
