A Memory That Can Not Die Poem by Bonnie Collins

A Memory That Can Not Die

Rating: 5.0

Look into my eyes, tell me after all this time and endless nights of losing sleep, that you no longer care. Along way from yesterday and still can't seem to remember not ever not still loving you.

Walk into my world and tell me, tell me you no longer care. Because I can not do this after decades of trying. But God knows the endurance of pain I have been through trying. But casting your line to fish, doesn't always garuntee you will catch one, the memory of trying was irraplacable. A memory that can not die.......

A poem of extreme emotional release which is most fitting in poetry, memories are very powerful and are binding....fantastic poetry! ! !
