They say it gets easier with time,
But try telling that to this broken heart of mine,
It takes just one song, to stir up a thousand memories,
And just one note from one of your favourite melodies,
To think of you again.
For there will always be special reminders of you,
In the Sun, in the Stars,
And my whole day through.
Just think of the good times, I know that is true,
But I never knew how sad this life could be,
To live without you.
