Many bother
How to forget worries
Plaguing the mind!

Worries linger on
Like nagging cold in the mind
Prolonging in nightmares!

Many seek drugs
To forget worries briefly
To escape sometime!

After drug effect
Worries take formidable shape
Haunting everywhere!

Seeking peace
They run to wherever possible
As mad men!

Religion may solace
But not solve problems
Sans material help!

Fortunate few
Seek the bosom of Nature
For inspiration!

Nature enlightens
Giving confidence to face
Problems to end them!
