A Living Nightmare
Sleep Paralyses
Not fully asleep,
not fully awake
Loud buzzing in head,
accompanied by scary voice
trying to get me to give in somehow,
to something I have no idea
With all my energy, after several times,
Trying to move or shout,
I sometimes come out of it,
Only to slip back into this living nightmare
as I try to go back sleep
