thoughts swirling like the wind, ruffling feathery hair. sounds lulling all around. glowing. ambience. interpretations. relativity. where i've been. who i've known. who's still here; forgetting why. where i'm standing now. looking up, looking back and then left; watching the sea as calm as can be. wet sand giving way to my light footprints. puddles of water filling in the holes left behind. a burst of colours on the sea as the final ray of sun dies. purple. blue, green and turqouise. the world is quiet - yet the noise i feel within could awaken the earth and catalyse violent eruptions. still, walking on. footprints cast. moving ahead. looking across the sea.
