A Last Goodbye Poem by kimber harrison

A Last Goodbye

Words are hard to find,
Almost impossible to seek,
To describe who you were,
Who you helped me be.

A million years could pass,
A million ticks of the clock laid to rest,
But I would still be searching,
For the words that fit you best.

I could call you great,
Or amazing, intelligent and wise,
But you have to be so much more,
Because in ways much more you changed my life.

You will be missed,
And tears will be shed,
And memories will run havoc,
Flowing through my head.

But never will they fade,
Never will anyone forget,
That you changed our lives.
And we will love you forever on end.
